Ben advises state and local clients in matters before Maine’s Legislature. Ben first began appearing before Maine’s legislature while he was an attorney at the Maine Public Utilities Commission. Since his return to private practice, Ben appears before and provides testimony to legislative committees, including the Energy, Utilities & Technology Committee, assists in drafting of legislation and engages with legislators and stakeholders to help clients navigate the legislative process.
